Beekeeper Inspecting Hive

Award Winning Suffolk Honey & Artisan Range

Harvested in the quiet countryside of Drinkstone,

our honey is uniquely shaped by the surrounding landscape.

It’s unrefined, unblended and undeniably delicious, capturing the natural taste of Suffolk in its purest form.

Unfiltered Honey,
Shaped by the Suffolk Landscape

Set amongst the hedgerows, trees, and open farmland of Drinkstone, our hives produce small batches of raw, unfiltered Suffolk honey, shaped entirely by the season and the forage available to the bees.

Shop the Current Harvest

Two harvests. Two expressions of the same landscape.

Available for delivery or collection directly from the farm.

The character of our honey shifts naturally across the year.

The varied forage in Drinkstone produces honey with a variety of qualities, moving from light floral blossom in spring to warmer, more rounded tones in late summer.

Rather than standardising these differences,

we preserve them.

It is this variation that gives raw, local honey its depth.

We extract, settle, and jar the honey exactly as it comes from the hive.

Recognised for Quality

Our honey has won awards at the Suffolk Show and at regional honey competitions, judged by the Suffolk Beekeepers' Association.
