Orders and payment Prices are shown in GBP Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

We take payment at the time you place your order using Wix Payments.

Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm dispatch.

If we can’t fulfil your order (for example, an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error), we’ll refund you.

Delivery

We deliver within the UK.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of payment.

Orders are usually sent via Evri.

Delivery times shown are estimates and may be affected by things outside our control.

Please provide a full, correct address; we can’t be responsible for missing orders due to wrong details.

Returns and Problems

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us as soon as you can (ideally within 7 days) with your order number and photos. We’ll sort this out with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please read labels carefully for ingredients and allergen information.
